4 MUSIC VIDEOS - 2 DAYS with Vulpine

Back in May I was invited up to Inverurie (Scotland), to join Vulpine for an ambitious 3 days of filming. The plan was to direct Music Videos for each of the 4 tracks from their new EP ‘Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn’ along with images to support the campaign. We had rough plans of the vibe we were after but knew most of the ideas and logistics would have to be locked when we could explore the space. This all took place on guitarists Olli’s family Home/Studio/Farm//Forrest. An incredible space filled with great options to film along with perfect weather we ended up wrapping the shoot after 2 hectic days!

The videos break down to:
Lost for words - The lead single featuring a day to night performance as the song progress. The video also includes a narrative storyline filmed by drummer Stuarts brother Richy
People pleaser - More of a low key session performance filmed in the bands studio space late late the first night.
Nightmares - By far the bands heavies track so back to basics metal video in a barn.
Higher Anarchy - A much slower paced ambient track that we knew we had to do something different for. Olli was keen to incorporate his drone. So the idea for slow motion tracking shots as Pete ran and performed the track was the way to do it. Multiple passes captured throughout the 2 days when we had some down time built up the collection of clips used for the video.

Unreal team effort, if only every project could run as seamless.
